One of my favorites!
PLEASE NOTE: In the final pose at the end of class (legs-up-the-wall variation), I forgot to remove the block from under my sacrum before bringing my palms together and rubbing my hands. Please remove the block first before lifting the arms to avoid placing undue pressure into the head or neck.
Props suggested: blanket roll or very squishy round bolster, pillow, chair or sofa
Optional props: partially-deflated coregeous ball or RAD center ball (I didn’t use these but you could)
