Macronutrients for your feet, ankles, knees, hips, and lower back! A favorite! This is a sequence I try to do for myself at least once per week. The class includes a foot rollout followed by a sequence of five poses all done on your back. We hold each pose for one minute on each side and then. repeat the sequence with the pelvis elevated. A great class for relieving excess tension from the hamstrings, calves, hip flexors, inner and outer hips... really the whole works! Props needed: pair of toted therapy balls, strap, a little wall space, and a block. Optional: bolster
